Agreement
By creating an account or using MilSpec Wellness, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account.
Coaching, not medical care
MilSpec provides fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not medical care and is not a substitute for it. See our Disclaimer. Consult a licensed professional before starting any program.
Membership and billing
Coaching is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Veteran discounts require ID.me verification.
Refunds
Almost everything MilSpec provides is a service rendered: coaching, workout and nutrition programming, intake and assessment review, care-team support, and the work of matching and guiding you. Services are non-refundable once they have started or been delivered. Membership runs month to month, so you can cancel any time and you will not be charged for the next period, but the current period and any services already rendered are not refundable, and first-month or promotional pricing is non-refundable. If something was genuinely charged in error, email care@milspecwellness.com and we will make it right.
Clinical services and telehealth
Any medical care, telehealth visits, bloodwork orders, and prescriptions are provided by an independent licensed medical provider, not by MilSpec. When you continue to the provider's platform, that provider's telehealth consent, privacy practices, and policies govern your care and any related fees or refunds. MilSpec coordinates and supports; it does not provide medical care, set clinical pricing, or issue refunds for clinical services.
Text messages
If you give us a mobile number, you agree that MilSpec and our team may call or text you about your account, consults, orders, and support. These are customer-service messages, not marketing. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out any time, or HELP for help. See our Messaging Terms.
Referrals
Referral credits apply after the referred member completes intake and starts a paid coaching plan. Credits are account-bound, non-transferable, and not combinable with first-month promotions.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the platform: no fraud, no abuse of staff or coaches, no attempts to break or scrape the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Limitation of liability
You train at your own risk. To the fullest extent allowed by law, MilSpec is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from use of the platform or any program.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
