About MilSpecWellness

We built this because nobody else was going to do it right.

Mission

Give men and women who hold themselves to a higher standard a coaching program that actually pays attention — no boilerplate templates, no condescension, no recurring subscription you'll cancel by month two.

We don't sell "wellness." We sell evidence-based programming, real accountability, and ongoing support from coaches who treat you like a member of the team instead of a recurring charge.

Founder's story

I'm a disabled veteran. I got out, watched the VA hand out Motrin for everything from torn rotator cuffs to performance collapse, and started looking for actual solutions.

I watched friends — good operators, smart guys — start online coaching programs that began with the right intentions and got greedy. subscription mills, upsells on every call, protocols written by marketing teams instead of coaches. It became clear that "veteran-friendly" had turned into a brand sticker, not a standard.

MilSpecWellness is what I wish had existed when I first started looking. Licensed coaches who listen. Real labs, not rubber-stamped ones. Protocols adjusted to you — not to an Excel sheet. Pricing I can explain to my wife without flinching. And a veteran discount that actually means something instead of 5% off a $400/month bundle.

Veteran roots

This company was founded by a veteran, for veterans — and for anyone else who holds themselves to military-grade standards of performance and accountability.

Verification runs through ID.me, the same identity service you already use for VA.gov and most federal benefits. If your service record doesn't come through cleanly, contact our team — we'll get your discount applied manually. No "thanks for your service" graphics. No condescending hero-worship. Just real coaching at real prices.

We say welcome home, and we mean it.

Why "mil-spec" matters

"Mil-spec" means built to specifications that don't bend when conditions get hard. It means tolerances that hold at 120 degrees in the desert and 20 below in the mountains. It means things that work when it actually counts.

That's the bar we set for coaching:

  • Programs built around your goals, equipment, and schedule
  • Weekly check-ins with a real coach
  • Honest adjustments — not boilerplate templates
  • Evidence-based methodology, not vibes
  • A standard you can hold yourself to

You've been held to that standard your whole career. Your training program should meet it.
