MilSpecWellness LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a personal training and nutrition coaching platform committed to protecting the privacy and security of your information. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information.

Important: MilSpecWellness is a coaching platform. We do not provide medical services and we do not collect, store, or process Protected Health Information. Any medical questions should be directed to your physician.

  • Account data — name, email, phone, and account credentials.
  • Coaching intake — training history, goals, equipment availability, schedule, and lifestyle context you provide in your intake.
  • Payment data — processed through Stripe; card details are not stored on our servers.
  • Limited technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for site functionality.

  • Build and adjust your personal training and nutrition programming
  • Communicate with you about your coaching engagement
  • Account management and customer support
  • Payment processing
  • Service improvement (using de-identified data only)

3. How we share your information

We share information only when necessary:

  • With our coaching team, to deliver your program
  • With payment processors to process transactions
  • With service providers (hosting, email, analytics) under data-protection agreements

  • With your written authorization

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

MilSpecWellness implements reasonable physical, technical, and administrative safeguards including: 256-bit TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, and audit logging.
