What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, phone, state), the intake and assessment answers you submit, your veteran status if you choose to share it, and basic usage analytics so we can see how the site is working and improve it.
How we use it
To set up your account, match you with a coach, deliver your programming, communicate with you, and operate and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Veteran verification
Veteran status is verified through ID.me, a third-party identity service. We receive a verification result, not your underlying records. ID.me's handling of your data is governed by their own privacy policy.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers that run the platform (for example hosting, database, and payment processing) under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We never sell or rent your personal information, and we never release private information to anyone for their own marketing.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may send you customer-service text messages about your account, consults, orders, and support. These are not marketing texts. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone, and mobile information and text-message opt-in are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data like it matters, because it does.
Your choices
You can review or update your account information any time, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account. Email us and we will take care of it.
