What these messages are
If you give us your mobile number, MilSpec Wellness may send you customer-service text messages about your account, consult scheduling, orders, and support requests, and our team may text you back when you reach out to us. These are operational, customer-service messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.
Your consent
By giving us your mobile number, you agree that MilSpec and our team may call or text you at that number about your account and your requests. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us. You can still reach us, and we can still serve you, if you choose not to receive texts.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how you use the platform, for example when you book a consult, place an order, or message support. We text you when there is a real reason to, not on a schedule.
Cost
MilSpec does not charge you for text messages, but message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out anytime
Reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving messages. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can opt back in any time by replying START or by contacting us.

Reply HELP to any text for help, or email care@milspecwellness.com. For carrier support, contact your mobile carrier directly.
Privacy
We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with anyone for their own marketing. Mobile information and text-message opt-in are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
Supported carriers
Messaging is supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
