Within one business day, the MilSpec team reaches out. Real human, real conversation. We walk through your goals, your week, and what's worked and what hasn't. Then we match you to a coach and a program.
Programmed & supported
Your coach builds your first week of programming around your intake. You get it in the member portal, start training, and check in at the end of the week. The team stays reachable by message — not just intake. Honest adjustments week over week.
