FDA disclaimer — peptides

Many peptides prescribed as part of our services — including BPC-157, TB-500, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, PT-141, Sermorelin, and AOD-9604 — are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for the indications in which they are commonly prescribed. They are used off-label based on available clinical evidence and provider judgment. Risks, benefits, and alternatives are discussed during consultation. Compounded peptides are prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies in accordance with state pharmacy law.

Off-label use

Some prescriptions — including aspects of TRT protocols, HCG use, and peptide therapy — involve off-label applications. Off-label prescribing is legal and common in medical practice when supported by evidence and clinical judgment. Your provider will discuss off-label use before prescribing.
