The MilSpec Wellness platform, including this site, your account, the support chat, and the intake forms, is not HIPAA compliant. Please do not share medical records or health details here. Any service a member chooses from an independent licensed provider is handled on that provider's own secure platform, under its own terms.

Before starting any training or nutrition program, talk to a licensed medical professional, especially if you have an existing condition, an injury, or are pregnant. Use your judgment and stop if something hurts.
Coaching relationship only
Working with a MilSpec coach creates a coaching relationship, not a medical one. Your coach cannot replace licensed medical care.
